Highlights - Votes on Personal protective equipment and appliances burning gaseous fuels - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

On 23 April IMCO Committee will vote on the 229amendments tabled to the draft report on Appliances burning gaseous fuels. The intention of the regulation is to update and clarify sector specific definitions and the relationship with other EU harmonisation legislation. They will also vote on the 370 amendments tabled to the draft report on Personal protective equipment. The final report will seek to improve the scope, the validity period of EU type approval and the declaration of conformity.
