Highlights - Towards improved Single Market Regulation: consideration of amendments on 29 June - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

IMCO will consider the amendments to this report which stresses that improving Single Market regulation is the shared responsibility of each of the EU institutions. The report recalls that good legislation requires effective and efficient working across the whole policy cycle. It highlights the importance of proper transposition, implementation and enforcement of Single Market regulations, which form an integral part of efforts to realise the benefits of the stimulate growth in Europe.
