Other events - Fourth Meeting of the IMCO Working Group on Digital Single Market - 28-09-2015 - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

The meeting will be dedicated to discussing the dismantling of online barriers for consumers. Members will discuss with stakeholders and members of the Permanent Representations to the EU on possible further actions when it comes to the consumer legislative framework for online purchases, and on measures needed to tackle geo-blocking. The meeting will count, among other speakers, with the participation of Mrs. Věra Jourová, Commissioner for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs.
