Highlights - Public Hearing: Contractual relations and consumer remedies in the digital sphere - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

On 24 May from 15.00 to 17.00, IMCO and JURI will hold a Joint Public Hearing on Contractual relations and consumer remedies in the digital sphere. The first part will focus on the Proposal on contracts for the supply of digital content (IMCO-JURI), the second part on the Proposal on contracts for the online sales of goods (IMCO). The panellists will present views from the academic sphere and the perspectives of online traders, platforms and consumer organisations and answer questions from MEPs.
