Hearings - Contractual relations and consumer remedies in the digital sphere - 24-05-2016 - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection - Committee on Legal Affairs

The IMCO and JURI committees held jointly a public hearing with experts and stakeholders on contractual relations and consumer remedies in the digital sphere. The first part of the joint hearing was focus on contracts for the supply of digital content. The second part held by the Internal Market Committee only focused on contracts for the online sales of goods.
