Highlights - Ninth Meeting of the IMCO Working Group on the Digital Single Market - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

The IMCO Working Group on Digital Single Market will hold its ninth meeting on 12 October. The aim of the meeting is to assess the new Commission proposals on Telecoms and their impact for European consumers and the Internal Market. Questions such as the benefits -and possible concerns- for consumers in the new proposals, the nature of the future universal services regime, the appropriate sector-specific rules are in order to protect end-users adequately and others will be discussed.
