Hearings - The revision of the Consumer Protection Cooperation Regulation - 09-11-2016 - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

This public hearing is meant to concentrate on the 2016 Commission proposal (COM(2016) 283 final - 2016/0148 (COD)) revising the Consumer Protection Cooperation (CPC) Regulation 2006/2004. The proposal is part of the e-Commerce package adopted by the Commission on 25 May 2016.
