Highlights - Commissioner-designate for Digital Economy and Society, Mariya Gabriel: hearing - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

The hearing of Commissioner-designate Mariya Gabriel, nominated by the European Commission to take over the Digital Economy and Society portfolio, will be held by the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy, and the Committee on Culture and Education, on 20.06.17. The IMCO, JURI and LIBE committees are associated in this procedure.

An in camera meeting of the IMCO Coordinators will be held on the same day to contribute to the ITRE-CULT letter assessing whether the Commissioner-designate is qualified for this task.
