Other events - Twelfth meeting of the IMCO Working Group on the Digital Single Market - 26-06-2017 - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

On 26 June will take place the twelfth meeting of the IMCO Working Group on the Digital Single Market. Under the title: "Online services providers and the limited liability regime of the e-commerce Directive", the aim of the meeting is to assess on whether there is or not a need to make any reform or clarification on the "Notice- and-Action" procedures in the e-commerce Directive (Directive 2000/31), or to clarify the rules affecting internet services providers.
