Highlights - Notification procedure for authorisation schemes and requirements related to services - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

On 28 September IMCO will consider the amendments tabled to the draft report on notification procedure for authorisation schemes and requirements related to services in the Internal Market. The notification Directive follows the objective of increasing the efficiency of the notification procedure under the Services Directive and improving the quality and content of the notifications submitted. The ultimate result would be better implementation and enforcement of the Services Directive.
