Highlights - Enforcement of consumer protection laws: vote in Plenary - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

At their Plenary sitting in Strasbourg on 14 November, Members approved the legislative text by 591 votes to 80, with 15 abstentions. The text still needs to be formally adopted by the Council of the EU. The regulation will apply 24 months after the date of its entry into force.
