The IMCO Committee adopted by 28-3-0 the draft report on the free flow of non-personal data. Removing obstacles to the free movement of non-personal data within the EU for companies and public authorities is the key aim of a draft law approved by the Internal Market Committee. The mandate to start negotiations with the Council was also approved by 28 votes to three. After the green light of the June's plenary session, the trilogues will start.
