Highlights - Public Procurement strategy package: vote in Committee - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

IMCO Members tabled a total of 143 amendments on the draft report on the public procurement strategy. A set of 18 compromise amendments were put forward aiming at a text for the report that includes clear messages on all important aspects, including on the need for full transposition and better implementation, the importance of quality criteria, the need to support SMEs and professionalization actions. The vote in committee will take place on 19 June.
