The IMCO committee voted on the draft report on the Rules and procedures for compliance with and enforcement of Union harmonisation legislation on products (rapporteur N. Danti, S&D), which was adopted with 28 votes in favor, 5 against and 1 abstention. The mandate to enter into interinstitutional negotiations was adopted with 24 votes in favor and 10 against.
