In application of the simplified procedure (rule 50.2 of the Rules of Procedure), the rapporteur will draft a report that will reflect the discussion. In a nutshell, the groups agree that the amendments are mainly of technical nature and need to provide with a renewal of the empowerment and that this categories of vehicles have a limited impact in the total figures for sales of motor vehicles but should not be neglected.
