Highlights - Vote on award of concession contracts on 24 January AM - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

Members will vote on the legislative draft report on award of concessions contracts which seeks to ensure a more efficient allocation of public money by establishing a single instrument regulating the competitive award of concessions contracts, to increase legal certainty for public authorities and to guarantee businesses effective access to the concessions markets across the EU.
