Highlights - Type approval for vehicles: committee vote. Consumer protection rules: debate - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

Members will vote on the provisional inter-institutional agreement on type-approval requirement for motor vehicles and their trailers as regards their general safety, on 02.04.19. The Committee will also go over the on-going negotiations on the proposed legislation for better enforcement and modernisation of EU consumer protection rules, and will possibly vote to endorse the results of these negotiations.
