Highlights - Presentation of the Croatian Presidency's programme - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

On 22 January AM, IMCO will hear a presentation of the Council Presidency’s Programme by the Croatian Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, Mr. Darko Horvat. According to the Programme, the Croatian Presidency will encourage discussion on a long-term action plan for better implementation and enforcement of single market rules, the elimination of the remaining restrictions to the free movement of goods, freedom of establishment and freedom to provide services,

and the full implementation of the Services Directive.
The Croatian Presidency started on 1st January and runs until 30th June 2020.
