The Policy Department A is organising a workshop on Product Safety and Market Surveillance on 11 July. Experts will examine selected aspects of the legislative package covering both product safety (obligations for economic operators, safety by design, traceability, etc.) and market surveillance (such as pooling of resources, sharing of best practices, border-control and third-party audits) with a focus on the US experience.
