On 3 March PM, Members will vote on the 156 amendments tabled to this INI draft report. The majority of the AM underline the importance of utility service and the significance of the protection of consumers' rights, while also acknowledging the value of the existing legislation covering notably Telecoms, Energy and Postal Services. They also stressed the importance of the competences of the Member States in that regard and their role in enforcing the legislation.
