Highlights - contracts for the supply of Digital content: presentation on 14 July - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

At their joint meeting, IMCO and JURI Co-rapporteurs will present their working document (WD) which sets out the key principles of their approach and provides reflexions on the main aspects of the proposal. In particular, the WD focuses on the scope of the proposal, its relation with the proposal on Online Sales of Goods and the General Data Protection Regulation, regulating contracts in exchange for data, rules on conformity with the contract, burden of proof and the level of harmonisation.
