Highlights - Digital content supply contracts, online sales of goods contracts: committee debates - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

The Committees on Internal Market and Consumer Protection and on Legal Affairs will look into the report on contracts for the supply of digital content on 29.11.16. The report seek to, amongst other things, clarify the scope of the proposed directive vis-à-vis the online sales of goods proposal, and address data protection concerns. The Internal Market Committee will then go over the report on contracts for the online sales of goods, which proposes an extension of the scope to offline sales.
