Hearings - European Standards for the 21st Century - 26-01-2017 - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection

IMCO will hold a public hearing on European Standards for the 21st Century. The first panel will focus on the ICT standardisation priorities, in particular the link between connectivity and interoperability of standards for the completion of the Digital Single Market and the Internet of Things. The second panel should explore the European standardisation system and in particular if standards reflect the needs of the single market such as competitiveness and innovation in Europe
